Biography

Tim was born in Hualien, Taiwan, in 1997. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, with a minor in Computer Science, at the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 2020.

He subsequently earned his Master of Science degree in Machine Learning from Eberhard Karl University of Tübingen, Germany, in 2024. During his master's program, he was employed by Robert Bosch for his master's thesis, titled "Enhancing End-to-End Autonomous Driving Models: The Role of Temporal Information Fusion in Generative End-to-End Autonomous Driving."

In March 2025, Tim joined TU Delft with the MS3 (Microwave Sensing Signals & Systems) research group to pursue his Ph.D. under the supervision of Professor Dr. Alexander Yarovoy and Professor Dr. Francesco Fioranelli as an external PhD candidate.
