MSc NB Onat
Microwave Sensing, Signals and Systems (MS3), Department of Microelectronics
Expertise: Digital beamforming; phased array pattern optimization; sparse antenna array topologies; performance analysis of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) systems
Biography
Nehir Berk Onat received his BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology in 2019. Afterward, he continued his master's study at the same university as a full-time student, and at the Delft University of Technology as a minor student. He specialized in signal processing and electromagnetics groups and received his MSc degree (cum laude) in 2021. He completed his master thesis at MetaSensing B.V. where he has worked on performance analysis and array pattern optimization techniques for monostatic and bistatic spaceborne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) systems. In September 2021, he joined Microwave Sensing, Signals and Systems Group as a PhD candidate.
