Biography

Changxu Zhao was born in Shanghai, China, in 1997. He received his BSc degree in Electrical Engineering and Intelligent Control from the Shanghai Maritime University, Shanghai, China, in 2020, and the BSc degree in Engineering (Cum Laude) from the HZ University of Applied Sciences, Vlissingen, The Netherlands, in 2020. Afterwards, he continued his master study at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft). During his master program, he developed himself in electromagnetic, antenna design and radar signal processing. He published the paper “Shaped Beam Subarrays for Equi-Power Urban Coverage” at 2023 17th European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EuCAP). In his master thesis, he focused on the design of series-fed antenna array with reduced beam squint and distortion. In 2023, he completed his master thesis (Cum Laude) and graduated from the Microwave Sensing, Signals and Systems (MS3) group at TU Delft. In November 2023, he continued his research in the MS3 group as a Ph.D. candidate.
